 Christmas Social/Parade of Homes

 December 5,2026

Let’s get in the Christmas mood!
A few Cedar Springs residents have opened their homes for lake residents to admire their beautifully decorated homes.
This is a great opportunity to catch up with your lake neighbors, while enjoying some treats.
A schedule will be sent via email to lake residents, noting the times to visit each home.  This will allow the hosts to visit homes too!

 Multi Lake Rummage Sales

June 6, 2026

Due to the great response of the prior year’s rummage sales, the Social Committee has coordinated a date with both Silver Springs Lake & Hidden Springs Lake!  Sale time:  8 am to 4pm.
Each participating home will:
– identify your home with a sign
– have your own sale and keep your profits

It is a perfect time to “Spring clean”

Flamingo Fun Day

July, August & September-
Dates to be determined

The host location will be marked with a SANDWICH BOARD & PINK FLAMINGOS by the lake, as well as by the road. Which means, you can come by “land or lake”! The same signs & flamingos will travel around the lake for future events.
Everyone is asked to bring a snack to share, your own beverage and chair.
This is a perfect way to meet new lake residents and catch up with existing residents.

Bring 2 dozen cookies and select a variety of 2 dozen to take home!  Bring a container/tray for the cookies you will be taking home.
