About

Cedar Springs Lake is a private man-made lake that is located Waushara County.

The lake was developed in 1984-1985 by three partners, Don Kemps, Jim Lewandowski and Milt Fischer.  Having developed other lakes in the area, their expertise and reputation removed the doubt from local citizens of creating this type of lake and community.

Cedar Springs Lake covers 42 acres and the deepest point is 22 feet.  It is a no wake lake which provides opportunities for relaxed boating and fishing.

There are a total of 105 lots with lake access.  Eighty four (84) of these homes/lots are located on the lake.  There are 21 lots/homes which are located off the lake with lake access.

Mission Statement:  “Our mission is to act on behalf of all Cedar Springs Lake Property Owners to preserve the aesthetics of the land, to maintain and protect the quality of the lake, and to support an environment of community respect and cooperation.”
